Cover the unit with a plastic bag and seal if possible. This will stop the packing material from entering the unit. Make sure the unit is well packed with padding on all six sides . . Include our printable shipping form with advanced payment, contact information, and a detailed description of the units malfunction.

A staff of thoroughly trained Customer Service Specialists is dedicated to our priority of quickly responding to your inquiries. That's all they do! They are familiar with the types and brands of equipment that we repair, and with all manufacturer, extended warranty, and dealer programs. They have immediate access to our own computerized work-flow system and will give you instant information throughout the repair process by telephone, fax, or online. No repair is complete until you are completely satisfied

Our Warranty

Products repaired by A Tailored Vision, Inc. are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. This guarantee covers all labor and parts that were installed by us. We even cover additional problems that were not part of the original repair! The only exceptions are abuse, picture tube's that were not replaced as a part of the repair, shipping cost, or acts of god! Normal turnaround time is 3-5 days. (Not to include shipping time or weekends.)

Packing Tips

  • Please be certain that all equipment is well padded within a proper, corrugated cardboard shipping carton. Allow at least 2 inches of padding on all sides of the carton around the equipment. Wrap each individual item in bubble wrap or a plastic bag, then use Styrofoam or crumpled newspaper to fill the extra space.
  • UPS, FedEx or USPS Store should be able to assist you best if you do not have the proper materials.
  • Send the package insured for its value. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. Be sure to enclose the packing list that we create for you when you submit a repair.

Our experienced technicians are prepared to repair almost every brand of projector. In addition to repairing any damage to your projector we will thoroughly clean it and align the optical system for optimal performance.
Our certified technicians will perform the following repair services on your projector
  • Your projector will receive a complete evaluation and diagnosis by a qualified technician
  • All problems will be repaired by our trained professionals
  • The optical system will be aligned, adjusted and cleaned to ensure optimum performance
  • A second technician will conduct a thorough quality inspection
  • The projector will be carefully packaged and shipped back to the address you specify

The Service Evaluation Fee of $55.00 covers the cost of troubleshooting your projector and preparing a repair estimate for your approval. No additional work will be performed without your approval. This fee is non-refundable. (If repaired, fee is applied to repair.)

Please pack the unit well, using original shipping box or bubble wrap very well and use a box at least twice the size of the unit to be shipped. If shipping Damage occurs we will call ASAP and advise you so the claim can be started.
